How do I pair with my person?
One of you creates an invite code in the app and shares it. The other enters the code on the pairing screen. Creating a code may require Us Now Plus; entering a code is always free.
How do I add the widget?
Touch and hold your Home Screen, tap the + button, search for "Us Now", and add the widget. Your side shows your latest moment; the other side shows your person's.
My partner's photos aren't showing up.
Make sure both of you are on the latest version of the app, notifications are enabled for Us Now, and you've opened the app at least once after pairing. If it still doesn't update, email us — we'll dig in.
How do I cancel my subscription or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → Us Now Plus. For refunds, visit reportaproblem.apple.com.
How do I disconnect a pair?
In the app, open Settings and choose Disconnect. Both of you will return to the pairing screen and the pair's shared moments are removed.
How do I delete my account and data?
Email us at takeallusername@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we'll delete everything within 30 days.
