Us Now Terms of Use
By downloading or using Us Now, you agree to these terms. Please read them — they are short and honest.
The service
Us Now lets two people pair privately and share photo moments that appear in each other's app and Home Screen widget. You are responsible for the content you share and must have the right to share it. Don't use Us Now to share unlawful, abusive, or infringing content, and only pair with someone who wants to pair with you.
Us Now Plus (subscriptions)
- Some features — such as creating a pairing invite — may require an active Us Now Plus subscription. Entering a partner's invite code is always free.
- Available plans: Weekly at US$9.99 per week, and Yearly at US$39.99 per year. The Yearly plan includes a 3-day free trial for eligible new subscribers. Prices in other regions are set by Apple's App Store pricing.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase, or at the end of the free trial if not cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- An active subscription by either member of a pair keeps shared widget features active for both members.
- Refunds are handled by Apple. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Your content
You keep all rights to the photos you share. You grant us only the limited license needed to store and deliver them to your paired partner. Disconnecting a pair removes the pair's shared moments from the service.
Termination
You can stop using Us Now and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or abuse the service.
Disclaimers
Us Now is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
